Hi Jason, On a late Sunday afternoon in July 2011, my daughter and I were traveling through Chattanooga on our way up to eastern Ohio. We developed mechanical problems with our truck which I attributed to transmission issues. On Monday morning, I had the truck towed to your shop (after JRTS being recommended as being the MOST reputable transmission service shop in Chattanooga by my auto club customer service representative). Although this fellow waxed eloquently about your trustworthiness, I was, to put it mildly, dubious. I have heard horror stories about transmission shops... Well, turns out my problems magically disappeared and you could not find any transmission issues. However, you did not. So, with another 650 miles to travel, my daughter and I decided to truck on to our destination by your advice. You could have easily repaired a nonexistent problem as I would not have known any better. What I found most amazing about your service, though, was that you told me that if we had any problems on the remainder of our trip, you would drive as far as you had to to tow us back to your shop and repair the truck. While we never had any further issues, you did call to check on us about 4 hours (and 300 miles) later to see if all was still going well with us. In closing, allow me to say I have received that kind of personal attention only a few times in my life. Your personal interest in our well being was most appreciated. If I lived in the Chattanooga area, I would use you for all of my transmission service needs. Also, I would be one of your best salesmen!
